19 Mar 2020 Coronavirus Statement
With COVID-19 developing at an increased rate across the country, our commitment to the health and well-being of our clients and staff is a top priority. With that in mind we are writing to update you on the steps we are taking, to attempt to mitigate the disruption to business and the possibility of being asked by the Government to work from home.
All staff members have been briefed that if they have contact with anyone affected or experience any symptoms, they are to self-quarantine and follow the latest guidance.
We are following government advice company wide and monitoring the progress and updates continuously to ensure we are protecting our teams, and all other interested parties.
If you are planning to visit us, we kindly ask that you also follow all government advice to not put anyone at unnecessary risk. If your meeting can be dealt with through alternative communication methods, then we strongly advise to do so to protect not only yourself but our teams too. Should you need to attend our premises, we may ask you as a precautionary measure to complete a small questionnaire prior to your visit to assist in deciphering the level of risk you may/may not pose to our business. Additionally, we kindly ask you to wash your hands thoroughly as soon as you arrive.
In the event that our offices need to be closed for any period of time due to an outbreak, rest assured that our team will still be on hand to assist, however, please keep in-mind that emergency situations/incidents will take priority in our response and keep in mind that remote access can slow down services, so we ask that you please be patient with us during this difficult time. We aim to be fully stocked, but if our suppliers are eventually unable to provide us with stock, we may have to do a reduced service with the supplies we have got in stock.
We thank you for your continued support, commitment in working with us and understanding in the matters outlined above. We hope that should you encounter any impacts from this outbreak that they are minimal with speedy recovery times
