If our service falls short of what we promised or what you expected, please get in touch with us.

Initially, send an email to  admin@microbee.co.uk where it will receive the direct personal attention of the Managing Director. He will respond as appropriate to the situation.

The Company is committed to providing a quality service and, as a part of this, welcomes both complaints and comments as an opportunity to improve.
