Three steps to control and prevention

Site visit and appraisal

Before our work start one of our qualified biologists will visit to undertake a site survey. We consider the client's concerns and criteria and establish what problems exist. We prepare a short summary of the problem areas, and propose a tailor-made program of work required to control and prevent the problems.

Control and prevention

Our work will usually be in two stages, control and then prevention.

Control involves a intensive period of action. We then appraise our control measures to ensure our analysis of your problem is correct and our initial procedures are taking effect.

This will be followed by an extended surveillance and treatment process over a longer period, sometimes a year or more.

Analysis and evaluation

We want you to be satisfied you are getting value for money. During the period of prevention our qualified biologists carry out special visits if we think there are persistent problems. We will carry out an annual Quality Audit in consultation with you to ensure that our service is meeting your needs and is being carried out at an optimum level. We will evaluate, in consultation with you, whether our measures are successful.
