3. The Biologist arrives, checks out the problem, assesses what the appropriate treatment is, writes a report for you and leaves.

4. if a follow-up visit is necessary, we'll phone you when its due and book it with you.

Inspections and Quality Audits  Inspections are carried out to identify what pest problems exist and to assess which are the best ways to deal with them. Our Biologists are not there to find fault. They are there to find solutions that work for everyone. They will make careful notes and follow up their visit with a written report containing their recommendations for treatment, control and prevention. We do not employ high-pressure salesmen. Our Biologists are honours graduates and you will be paying for their expertise. Don’t be shy about asking them about both the pests and the possible solutions.  Quality Audits are carried out as a Company housekeeping measure by our Biologists. They are there to ensure that our standards are not slipping and that our operation is performing as it should. You will not get a report following a quality visit but you may get an extra visit if the auditor thinks that a chemical is overdue for rotation or that the technician has become blinded by familiarity and overlooked something.
